DRIVING AROUND
Cantabria is a region with easy and comfortable routes to get around. So if you like driving our recommendation is that you rent a car. With Google maps, you won't have difficulties to arrive at your destinations!
You will enjoy arriving in Santander through the "Autovia del Cantábrico" (A8) or the Autovía Cantabria-Meseta (A-67): landscapes are just great!

PARKING IN SANTANDER
It is almost impossible to park in the city centre without paying. In fact, the city centre offers you mainly blue area for parking or underground parking.
Once you leave the city centre it will be much easier for you to get a free park (in El Sardinero area or the roads of Avda. Reina Victoria or General Davila you will more easily find a place to leave your car).
